If they back out then I guess I’m good for both :thumbsup: ... so unlikely seconds on the scales and the clip if nobody claims it first and the buyer who called dibs on the scales falls through
That probably makes it even more confusing :D

the scales are sold and i will respectfully withdraw my offer and give somebody else a chance to snap this up
