It may be worth noting that those are the narrower version depicted by the solid foot imprint in the sole. As opposed to a hollow outlined foot imprint for "regular" width.
Ad caught my eye because that happens to be the size I wear, Narrow 43's. Though not in the market for any more at the moment.
