It does have more shine than the Heritage Jack. Not sure why, it's how I got it. Another pic.

Look great either way, just didn't have as much faux brut de forge as my other one.

It doesn't have hardly any at all. I did but it second hand but new. If someone polished on it I wasn't aware. I did look at a bunch of pictures after you asked the question and some look shiny and some don't. I posted another pic of it and the heritage Jack and you can see the difference in the Signal Jack blade colors.
