Any chance you know the hardness?
Those that don't know, 8670 is a Super Fun steel...it's a steel that is a "Makers Steel" meaning it's a knife steel that makers like making knives with... it's just Fun to work with, gets crazy hard, and still really tough. I wish more people got a chance to try it.....
The steel sharpens like magic, my personal chef knife in our kitchen uses this steel.
