How do I? Closing threads no boxes?

So it seems that whenever I pull up the options to close the thread, the open checkbox is not one of the options. I have looked on both Safari and Chrome, if it is a Firefox thing exclusively I wouldn’t mind downloading it. I have also checked the More Options when replying, and it is not on there as well. If I need to ask a mod to do it, then i would not mind either, but I didn’t want that to be my go to answer
 
Gold or above to close your own threads. The feature is primarily there to let you close sale threads that are completed.

If you have a thread you created that you want to close, click the Report triangle and put in the comment box that comes up that you want the thread closed.
