When attempting to reply to posts unable to due to a cloudflare blocked notice. Anyone bumping into this?

ETA: seemed to post with no hesitation.
 
I got this when attempting from computer and was able to from my mobile device. I can only reply to posts from mobile device but was able to create this thread on home computer. I'm not tech savvy is it possible that my home computer is getting wonky? both my home comp and mobile device are connected to the same wifi

Just restarted my comp and did some avp cleaning and problem seems solved for now. Your assistance is appreciated, sorry for jumping the gun with the thread
