Thanks Timbo! Not sure about seeing 7 states, but there is a tram at Mentone, Alabama, which is connected to Lookout Mountain.

Same mountain range. Ruby Falls and Rock City are near Chattanooga. Cloudland Canyon is around Rising Fawn, GA.
