rlarge,
great job on the remodel.
the fireplace surround is really nice looking.
I love that type of stonework (dry stacked?)

ats-O1, 18" long, 5/16 thick and 2 1/2" wide,,,,,,,,, Now to design, I am thinking of some type of gladius.
2010 a year for new things!
(Let me know if this is innappropriate,,,,,seems strange to talk about a knife I want to make in someone else's place)
Thanks Ed S.

Bushcraftbraintrust, Thank you very, very, much! Would the serrations(If that is what they are referred to as) actually do so sawing? AND just for the record I do not want a shiny blade. I love them on yours. I think they are beautiful. However, I do not want them on mine. I'd rather have a naked blade with a forced patina.
Shadowknight, don't let that stop you. Bring it on.

I have to leave for awhile (gun show in town) See youall later.

It really isn't a saw, it really is a bone breaker. It is for getting through things that you wouldn't want to damage your main blade on. On my cleaver, Jeremy took the serrations off the one breaker because they serve no purpose except for aesthetics.

Those pics are awesome. I love those choppers both the original design and the Camp 2...

Seeing the Cleaver pics made me want one as well....

Uhmm... Ok, spill the details.:D

I love the Horton cleavers. They chop great, but the balance point is completely different than a chopper. The choppers feel light in hand and the cleavers weight is blade heavy, very down to business.

great remodel Large,,,, very warm and cozy looking

also,,, always love to see the chopper pics come out! thats good stuff mang
