Lycosa would put his eye out with it!!!! Its used for cutting the tendon that connects the chicken tender to the breast bone. Cuts both sides at once on an assembly line and then the tenders are pulled out by hand!!!!!

You reworkin the handle on that too? Can you say Carpal Tunnel Syndrem
