whew, I'm exhausted! up late partying by myself last nite (obviously), and worked a 10 hour day for tha Man today.

Well mangs I had a slip and fall at the prison on 1/28. My doctor thinks I have ruptured and herniated disk in my back. Workers comp is making me work light duty on vicadin and flexoral.I have my MRI tomorrow. Should make for an interesting day at work today.Kinda like Deep Purple smoke on the water.

You may want to talk to your doctor about getting a TENS unit. My wife used one with her back problem last year and it really helped.
