Just when you thought there was nothing to watch on television.

"A television channel dedicated to showing nothing but rotisserie chickens rotating on a spit is set to launch next week in Canada.

The provider, Rogers Cable Inc., previously mesmerized viewers with all-day channels devoted to logs crackling on a fire, fish swimming in an aquarium and a sunset. The new 24-hour channel will feature a dozen glistening chickens in two rows roasting over an open flame.

Rogers will offer the Rotisserie Channel starting next week for about three months to its digital subscribers in Ontario. The channel is part of a marketing initiative by the Swiss Chalet restaurant chain."
