Best job i ever had in prison was working the kitchen on third shift.......
 
So the wife came home after lunch today and she turned on Dr. Phil.......anyone every see this guy.

What color is he? I know he is "white" but he appears to be an unusual shade of orange, almost like he is some old fat guido from the Jersey Shore........

Ha. Well I have never seen his show really except in passing through the channels. He is not a guido from Jersey. He has a Southern accent but sounds a little like he is from OK or Texas, not sure. I don't really understand why people watch that kind of TV but to each their own. I think that Dr. Oz guy is actually informative though. Only problem with those shows is the people that watch them think everything is wrong with themselves and they think that what they see on TV is a diagnoses and they think they can self medicate or treat themselves. So not the case.
 
Carto third shift in any prison is the best kept secret.I did 9 years on midnights so that I could make my kids sporting events.

Anything nights is the way to go. My department currently is running days and nights only, We used to rotate every 2 weeks but now that I have nights.....1800-0600. Life is much better!!

Thought I would chronicle my adventures in bacon land. I bought this package of bacon on Saturday morning for my bloody marys and beer and came up with these snacks while I was bored....

Double Bacon Chee with grilled onions and avocado....
(Bacon is mixed into the burger and there are a few slices on the bottom)

For dinner that night I was bachelor mode so I made a bagel with cream cheese and bacon and fried an egg in the bacon grease and added a little Belizian Heat habanero pepper sauce....

I need to finish this pack soon so tonight I am in bachelor mode once more and I was out of eggs. I melted some cheese on a bagel in the broiler and topped it off with some oink oink and a few oink oinks on the side.....

Is there a food thread in here? I would love to see some more creations that other people are shortening their lives with here on the forum. Enjoy!

I hope that anyone here with family and friends in Japan is alright. Not a good thing right now. Smokes sent to Japan.
 
Morning men. One of my best friends is a Green Beret and he is operating out of Okinawa. I am praying he is alright. He goes on missions and I don't hear from him for a few months at a time. His specialty is small arms and combat medic.
