Thanks Fug. Yea she is up and out of bed in the morning and does her physical therapy for an hour or so, then she is in the wheelchair for a bit. Afterwords she is encouraged to use her walker to get around the place. So far so good but it is just so damn depressing there. Thanks for the smoke.

And they are still for sale. You could probably send these back to Peltor and get them fixed too. They are a few years old but they would do it. Comtac II with dual leads. NATO wired. Here is the ad. This stuff wont win a beauty contest because it is used but it is serviceable and reliable.
 
Ob1korobi, I didn't write it immediately, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for your grandma. I always do, for everyone in this club, and theirs.
Hope she'll make it home soon, I think it would be better for her reconvalescence, too.
 
Thanks mangs. I appreciate the kind words. She seems to be getting over the conspiracy that we are leaving her there for good. She understands now she just needs to recover there and then she can go home and that is for her own good.
 
I eliminated all pines years ago and have the radio tuned in - Hope evathang worked out Gravel

Morning all. Good luck with your tiny giraffes plucker. They are this decade's labradoodle. My kids want one. I said we are number 628,855 on the waiting list, so maybe you can let Santa know.
