Works both ways - had the same thing happen with a seller. We agreed on a dela, I PPALed him and he never shipped the knife. Would not return my emails, so I filed a grevience with PPAL and sent him an invoice - Got my money back - no problem

Guess he got a better offer :thumbdn::grumpy:
