Finally some good news,,, just got of the phone with the Governors office and the permit for my G21SF has been dated on the 29th of this month,,, so I called the gunshop to pre-order it, but they were closed for their annual holiday untill the 30th,,,

At least I've got something concrete to look forward too now

Well, I've only been running the red tape to acquire a .45 ACP semi-auto pistol since the end of August last year,,, how's that for gun-laws
(okay granted, I was initially trying for a HK45, got the permit, but couldn't acquire the actual gun in Belgium,,, but still,,,)

ps: should I order the G21SF version with the picatinny rail or without ? I like the looks of the version with picatinny rail better, but heard it was difficult to find a holster for it ? Or has that been solved now ?

I'm not sure about the holster deal, in a safariland. I don't see how it would matter,

@pauli: any special reason why I should go with the plain rails ?

@Horton: apparently the picatinny rail on the G21SF made it impossible to fit into the holster for the plain G21,,, or so I read on lots of fora
But I guess by now they should have holsters specifically made for the picatinny variant,,,
