Spent several lovely hours on a parade field today practicing for a division change of command. Another lovely day in the heat practicing tomorrow and then the actual event on thursday. They skip these parts in the recruiting pitch. 100+ heat standing at attention surrounded by sharp bayonets, hope no one passes out.

Did some advertising for Horton yesterday in Bobbejaanland,,,

Monkeying around in the funpark with my Horton-shirt,,,

Everybody enjoyed themselves and best thing,,, we're going back today for free !

Some more good news,,, got a call from the police dept yesterday aswell telling me my permit finally had arrived with them and was being processed,,, placed a call to the gunshop and my G21SF should be in next week Wednesday,,, fingers crossed mangs ! (only took me about a year to acquire a simple semi-auto pistol in .45ACP )

A little bad news,,, got lots of troubles paying for the Annual Limited Sebenza from 2008 for my second son,,, the seller isn't set-up for Paypal and apparently his CC machine doesn't accept my VISA cc,,, but that'll work out one way or the other,,,

ps: oh yeah, still no sign of my Horton package,,, I think I'll have to consider it lost in transit :grumpy:

Me I got to go qualify with the patrol rifle and shotgun today. makes me want my own AR-15 even more. kinda hard to talk moma into a rifle she can't seem to justify me needing.told her I could use it to start competeing in 3 gun competetions.

10's go good together with Hortons. But you might need to start re-loading my friend, cheap 10's are hard to come by.

I took the overload spring out my delta and shot 40's no problem,,
