Filip still struggling with my knee. Went back to work on Monday. We have our big canoe trip up the Two Hearted river on Aug 22. Lots of ice cold Bud Light so looking forward to that!

I hope you'll get better soon, Mike. I was diagnosed for 2nd / 3rd grade arthrosis 6 years ago, so I'm trying my best not to take it to grade 4, which according to what I was told, would look similar to your condition...

Filip It has been 4 weeks today since my surgurey. I went into work for 2 hours and left because I was in too much pain to stay. Do everything you can to keep from this surgurey!saying it sucks is an understatement.Everytime there is moisture in the air my pain level feels the same as right after surgurey.

The funny part is, you don't move, your joints degenerate and get damaged, or you move too much and your joints get damaged :foot:
I try to balance this, eat well, lose weight, exercise, keep warm...
Anyway, good luck to you, I bet you can make it!

Now THIS IS A MOTOR! I drive Mitsubishi Carisma GDI, the engine is 1.8 litre 4-cylinder, which is actually quite a bunch of a motor here... :o
