Carto, that Kiku Matsuda looks like it needs to be sharpened. :eek::D

For anyone who doesn't know, Kiku doesn't speak english and he sells his knives by handling people Post-It Notes to test how sharp his knives are (1/16" curly Qs all day long).

The new Kiku is very sharp. I tested it on my hand when we got back to J'ville.....really needed a stitch or two....
