I hear ya :thumbup: I keep kits in or on all vehicles, in the house, office, etc. Also Keep one in my packs.

Good to have around. I need to get some quik Clots to add to the kits. Got a good source?

Thats rough!

I was at the Hyatt hotel in downtown ATL a couple of years ago and some girl got up from her table and stumbled and stuck her head right through one of the thick glass windows. It was a tall window and she was stuck between the top and bottom portion as the middle had broken out. All I could think about was the top portion of the remaining glass dropping down :eek:- We got to her and held the glass until the Para's arrived to get her out.

Damn. Some pretty intense post today. Pauli- Hope MIL gets over it. Some of that stuff can stick with you.:( Redbear-sounds like tipsy girl has some thank you cards to send out! ;) BBT- Good news about mama. Hope the trend continues.

Anyway I carry a small FAK every day and add an Israeli bandage and some quick clot everywhere that I carry a gun. I really want the Blue Force Gear Trauma kit NOW for my LBV and to take a class on how to use everything properly.

I got mine through REI. The 50g packs were around $15 each.
 
Hey Pauli, I'm sorry to hear about that horrible experience you Mother in Law faced! I hope she is able to move on from such an event.
