I dont wanna bring the discussion here
but I wish I had known about the thread over there
concerning my favorite dealer.
anyway,I linked to it in a different forum,
I got a few pm's telling me it was a Bozo No No and before
I could edit it out
I was violated (and not in a good way)
so,thats what happened and how
I lost my infraction virginity to Esav
now lemme get back to that "guiding Light" or "As the World Turns" thread
I dont wanna miss a single episode.
but I wish I had known about the thread over there

Actually can"t wait till I'm biking next or hitting the gym - this stuff is addicting...
You know
when Im down with an injury and dont work out
for a few days,
I feel MORE tired than when Im exercising regularly
if you have access to a blood pressure machine,you should
keep track of your Heart Rate and BP
you will see how much better it is with exercise
your "resting" HR (when you first wake up in the morning,before you get up)
will start to go down.
Mine,when Im in peak training is 43 or so.

I began doing push ups about a month ago in addition to running, and it's starting to show - GF likes it
My blood pressure got too low recently, I can't believe it's because of sport, but can't figure out anything else. Resting HR still the same, around 50.

My girl is very upset, he used to work with her, they had a couple of projects together.
I remember the last concert he gave with his band in Madrid, it was great, about 2 years ago.
The only thing is that he might be better now, he did suffer a lot on his last days.
This world is crazy, nothing to understand, right?
Sorry to bring this kind of thing to the club. Is not my intention to upset anyone.
You all are good people and can call some of you (eve if I haven meet you in person) friends.
Crazy is, as well, how love for knives can bring a good group of people together.
