Nice to hear Mike. Good 'ol VA. Been helping my Dad for years since he had cancer. Never a complaint from him. Well except a minor snafu with his pain meds one time for his back.
 
got me a wabbit and my baby girl likes it
my 2 girls did better than my wife she had to walk away to keep from throwen up all over
it was the first time they have ever seen anything like that
and for me my second animal first was a duck
the rabbit tastes better
and yes that is a horton micro and yes it is stainless Damascus
shot it with a marlin model 60 from about 60 yards ish iron sights
and sorry its not something bigger or cooler
rabbit and snakes and possum is all the animals i got around here

Its great that kids are more open to alternative game than adults....my little girl (8yrs old) loves it when I kill rabbits.......the wife freaks out.
 
Morning men. Great shot Beaver. Taking my youngest to college today.Will be up in Marquette for the next 3 days. They have some crazy ass orientation that is 2 days for the parents. I hope they don't mind me sleeping I will be zoning on my oxi and muscle relaxers. Hunting has always been a big deal in our family. It was I shot the deer then momma and the kids would come out and help skin and quarter the deer.
 
Nice one Beav! My dad was into rabbit hunting when I was young. At one time we had 24 beagles. I skinned alot of rabbits - they stink like hell when you open them up, but are good eating.
