I'm only sad I've nothing to add. The inside of a building, even if I was allowed to take a picture, just isn't very motivating or inspirational.

Thought you might like to see a few pics from one of my early morning hikes through a 200 acre vineyard down the road from me.Lots of hills and real quiet. Freakin' hot air balloons are a pain in the a--!!

My wife went with me about 3 weeks ago to a convention in Vegas. Not being much of a gambler we took a little side trip to a state park about 50 miles north of town. Lots of 3000 yr old native petroglyphs.

that black glaze forms on the sandstone over a looong period of time. they were drawn by hand using harder stones.

Interesting pix CP. Petroglyphs are a lot of fun!!---As to your question. We are surrounded by wineries,but I'm a beer guy and very rarely go to wineries except to eat once-in-a- while.

I much prefer a handcrafted beer over wine myself.

I'm with you. A lot of microbreweries around here. Stone is a favorite of mine.

Here are a few from my first camp out of the "summer"
The forest service said the lake was still frozen, but we knew it was getting close, so we went for it anyway...

The big lake with the ice is Brule Lake in the BWCA. Rare to find it so calm.
