It wouldn't matter. Anyway. I wouldn't ever want u to post that in jerry's house. They make great knives. The community can just get over the top at times but so can we all. Thanks again Ron. For everything. J

You just have to remember we old guys when some famous TV Chanel is making documentaries about your blades man.

Yes, the Busses make wonderful knives.

And so do you. You've come a long way in a short time and you're going to just get better.

Thats why I said my $0.02

Not bashing Busse but I did get some dull knives ;)

Anyways all gone now though...

Oh, I got some, too. Found them easy to sharpen.

Haven't had a dull one in quite awhile, though. Mr. Busse seems to have fixed that quality issue.

And of course, one should only keep the knives they really, really want. For me, that will certainly always include Horton Knives.

Afternoon guys. Busse does make awesome knives, and I do love the ones I've had. But I have really enjoyed actually using the Hortons I have. Built with purpose, used with pride. Hey I hope all you dudes going to Blade have an awesome time and I have wish Jeremy luck. You will slay the ATL my friend.

I like my basic11.
looks like they are releasing a bunch of new ones.
the basic4 kinda tickles my fancy
the rubber handle works great in the kitchen

(might have to try and con someone into ordering one for me)

Hey all. Not sure where to start but say hi and hope everything is rockin in the club. I have sort of been MIA and just trolling around the forums the past few weeks. Not sure why I have not been making my usual replies but i think I have just been in sort of a rut since I got back from my camping trip. I had a great time in the outdoors, went on a huge 14 mile round trip day hike, got a nice sunburn and then just drank beers through Memorial Day. Not sure what it is but I think it is my job that has me in a funk. I know people have problems and issues far more significant than mine so I usually don't complain. Jess says maybe I need a new hobby.
I thought that would be knifemaking but money has been tight and getting what I need has been hard to come by to get a project off the ground and running. I have recently started getting back into electronics, part of my AFSC when I was in the Air Force doing aerospace ground equipment repair and servicing. I am starting to remember why I liked it so much. There have been so many new advances in computers and electronics alone in just the few years since I have been in the AF that it even easier than only 6 years ago. Hopefully this will keep me interested.
I will not forget about my love for the steel though. I probably have all I will need tool-wise in the knives that I already own so I probably wont be buying any new ones any time soon. Jeremy makes amazing knives that keep collectors and EDC users coming back for more.
I will definitely be around in the club as often as I am but I just want to make sure I say that I am glad that this place is around and the people in it are probably the coolest, genuine peeps I have met on a forum/online/real life even for that matter. With all the BS that comes our ways, people take a minute just to send smokes, say a prayer or just a get well or hello and that truly means a lot if you are the one receiving that.
Enough of the mushy shit though :barf:. I hope blade is prosperous for everyone attending. J, I hope Blade gets you all the exposure you deserve and those knives don't last 5 minutes on the table. See you all around.:thumbup:

Welll................4 finish KEEMADE knives are coming to Blade.......... I think we counted 21 for Jerm........

I can smell the Vortex already.........or is that Kroil?................

That will just bum me out more. The Giants are one of the few things in my life that I truly enjoy. Went to the game last night as a matter of fact. Cain just finished up putting the smackdown on the Nats with 11 Ks and a complete game a few moments ago actually. Two out of three at home will do nicely. Next up are the Reds.

It has been nice lately to see all of the A ball guys up covering for all of the injuries SF has sustained. Lots of good athletes. it will be a touch choice on who to send back when the veterans come back. Most of the rookies are playing better than the original starters have played all year.

Its great to have a team to pull for. I would love to see a game in San Fran...

If you are ever going to be in the SF area, just let me know, I get good deals on tickets and we can go to a game. Garlic fries and a brisket sandwich from The Carvery. And beers of course. Invite is open to anyone out this way.

Sounds good. In San Diego you can get a giant bratwurst w/ chili cheese fries and a beer. By the 7th inning the farts are rolling out of you. Down there my motto is :never trust a fart and never pass up a bathroom.:p
