Awesome photo, Fug! It really does have some atmosphere.
Only one hour till the end of this working week to go. I need a rest. Better yet, I need a change. Can't wait for it. But the moment gets close faster than my boss and the HR would enjoy.
 
Morning men.Been busy with helping my youngest get everything in line for college this fall. I will be back to that familiar feeling of being broke for 4 years. It sucks when I am going through it but boy is it worth it to get my children a college education. My son said he was going to take me on a guided elk hunt after he got out but I am still waiting he graduated college 2 years ago.
 
Nice Big. I missed out on the college experience. I wish I took the opportunity but Uncle Sam got me first. You are a great father for making sure that happened not only for your kids but yourself. That is like an investment. One day they will be taking care of you. At least that is the idea right?

Education is one of the best investments anyone can make. God speed to the girl, you, and the family, Mike :thumbup: It should be worth it.
And your son should be reminded of his promise, he owes you :)

Thanks for the kind words men.OB1 I went right from High School to the Marine Corps. I had a 2 year old daughter to take care of. Filip you are absolutely correct about education. I worked full time and went to college full time knowing the sacrifice would make things better for my family and it sure did. My first year out of college I doubled my salary.We were able to give our children things we never could have while growing up.I think after my youngest graduates college I am going to start a savings account for my grand children's education that way they have a leg up.

Mike---We started an educational acct. for our grandaughter when she was born. Those can be worth a whols bunch of money when they're 18. That's a great idea.
 
The OJ Necker bit me! The funny part is, I cut myself twice when cutting a kydex sheath for another knife to fit in it. Using knives because of other knives. My addiction has gone full cirle. Perpetuum culterae.
