Fug, I bought the Danner® USMC RAT Temperate Military Boots. They have a Gore Tex liner (waterproof/breathable) instead of the hot weather liner which is designed for the heat of Afghanistan and Iraqi. The steel toe version adds 5 ounces per boot and if you don't need it for work I think it is unnecessary.

I'm tired of takin two pairs of boots to work lol. One for inside work and one for outside work. Hopefully the mountain lights will handle both.

I'm tryin to talk mama into moving to OR in the next couple of years. All of the suppressor pics on here and lack of sub zero temps are callin my name. Plus it's where the ancestors are from.

I can be a hillbilly anywhere though really lol. If I have to stay here it won't break my heart.
