Pffft,,, just received some bad news,,, house we bid on will be sold to someone else despite the fact that my bid was higher then theirs,,, all because the moron son said yes to a lower offer and an oral contract is binding in Belgium,,, the seller contacted a lawyer today, but there's nothing to be done,,, :grumpy:

That's the second house that slips through our hands,,, :mad:

Ah well, the search continues, I guess,,, :(

Not that we absolutely have to move from our current house, but with my father living in, a close friend staying with us for the past year and momma thinking about a third kid, we could use an extra room,,,

I'm more annoyed then anything else, but it's rough on momma,,, she tends to react more emotional on these things,,,
 
The people with vaginas are emotional from time to time. I haven't found anything that changes this.

The snow melted a bit during the day and now it started freezing again - the streets are mirror flat polished. God plays curling with cars.

Gentlemen, I'm thinking of getting a gearslinger, I like Maxped's Lunada. Any suggestions for anything similar with better bang for the buck? I need an A4 documents to fit in it, and plenty of pockets to put my crap in. CCW pocket is good, too.

I just got a Noatak but am returning it for a Sitka. Noatak is very small. Can't help yo on the Lunada.

ETA: I don't know what A4 documents are but even the little Noatak could hold 200-300 printer pages and still have room for a watch cap, gloves, water bottle and a heater.
 
Hate to do it, have to let one, and only one, go, cheap! Club members get first dibs, before it hits the exchange. It's been used, trog uses his Hortons,,, :D

Local AAC group buy, short timeline, needs cash for .308 can. Think I will have to let my last Busse go too. :eek:

I think it's slightly bigger format than the US Letter. 8,5" x 12". Thanks anyway :)
ETA: I googled some youtube reviews, compared the dimensions to my current Condor II backpack and decided to get Sitka, too. The Lunada would be easier to carry, but too small - I hope I will have to pack in my gym clothes often along with the documents, I slacked too much recently and got out of shape...

Upgraded some sheaths today.
I'd never heard of Texas Hunt Co., but it's apparently a Spec-Ops sister site with gear rebranded for the hunting crowd. My Camp Blood rides in a Spec-Ops Combat Master, and if I wanted another one cheap, I'd probably check out Texas Hunt Co. while supplies last. ;) Cool, different colors too. :thumbup:

How does it compare to the Lost Mtn sheaths? Or are you still waiting on one too? After 4 months I am over their shit
