good morning

ugg
man,woke up at 4 with such a damn headache
went and puked
took some sinus headache pills and went back to sleep
just woke up at 9am!
headache still there but way better
gonna take a few more pills

get well cabra!

I spent last Saturday night vomitting, violently. I slept on the floor of the bathroom, it hit me like a ton of bricks. The next day I had a dehydration headache but I was fine by that evening.

I was feeling a bit sick today, so I decided for a shock treatment. Hit the road finally again and did an hour long run on the snow and ice along the river. Feeling wonderful now :cool:

figured I'd wear proper attire for the occasion :D

I wore one of those all over Orlando, FL last week. Got some interesting comments.

Hopefully, Jeremy psychically enjoyed the PR.:D
 
Speedy recovery to all the sick !

Wish I could get some ammo at those prices,,, I'm paying about $25 - +$30/50rnds of 9x19mm,,, and I wont even mention our gas prices ;) :D
