We were up at Mt St Helens today, gave it a half hearted effort and came up short on the fatwood. Mostly chased my 2 dogs and my daughter, lotsa fun.


fug, 9 hours!...awesome. The bike is a good idea, for recovery.

Thanks, sounds like a good time mang. I does take a few tries to find that elusive fatwood, but it's around.

The longest run I've made so far was about 20 miles - over the hills in the woods. I can't manage more even on the flat road. Yet. But I'd like to run a marathon once.
