Hey!!! You guys are having way too much fun over here :)

That knife you guys are talking about was just a "I am tired of the same ol.......need a break" from the MANY traditional knives I have made over the last 6 years.

That project actually was a spinoff of this knife.

Its one hell of an old school "xacto" knife :)

The chisel grid cuts NASTY! I was truly amazed last night at just how deep and controlled this little knife worked in detailed wood cuts.

There is a reason why Chisels are used in wood working and I can see exactly where this knife would have its place in trap making with cutting notches and the such. Its not a "do all" knife which is what I PREFER to make.

I prefer simple, user knives that will take on ALL chores.

THis weird looking chisel ground kinfe was just something I took insparation to make from seeing so many knives made by my bud http://www.voxknives.com/

I enjoy taking insparation from others that DONT do what I do.....

I get that same feeling from Jeremy and love that he has the same purpose in mine as I do with what he makes.

Would I make a crap load of these "stranger" knives.....NO

Why - They do some things great, and more than some things AWFUL:thumbdn:

I dont like that ratio ;):D

Glad I could join in on the discussion!!!
