Purchased the knife from its first owner, a personal friend of the maker who purchased it from him in ~ 2017-2018. The maker's mark is engraved as a throw back to his earlier work, before it was typically laser etched. It is in the same condition as when I acquired, which is excellent. I carried it on my belt a handful of times, but never cut anything but paper--it's sharp. I wish I could keep it. Matt Freeman was one of a kind in the craft and I love seeing his knives, which are all unmistakably unique. Unfortunately, I need the funds. I'm this will not be the last CMFTW to pass through my hands. SOLD, which was what I paid for it. No trades please.
