Alright. I know I'm a pain in the ass, and I know that I've been doting on this since I heard about it, but I absolutely NEED a Baliyo. They are supposed to come out the day after tomorrow, but still no info on the Baliyo website. All I want is a somewhat solid answer from Sal himself. Sal all I want to know is how to order one. I'm so sorry, but I'm sick of waiting. I'm sick of looking at the same webpage day after day with no new info. Just cut me a break here man. Where is the Baliyo?!?!
 
Hi Tony,

Sorry for confusion. I didn't realize the demand was developing. We've had a few minor glitches.

The molds are finished. We're Baliyo getting parts. The machined parts are going well. Still some issues with the DVD. I've been flipping a production Baliyo for a few weeks. I think they'll be well received.

Eric said he'd post as soon as he's sure of a delivery date.

I'm also super-excited for the Bali-Yo... been keeping myself entertained with my newly acquired Starmate... by the way it'd be great if you did a sprint run.
 
Don't mean to hi-jack the thread,but while Sal is online I have a question.

Mr.Glesser,I'm a big fan of your work.Is there any chance that the C83 will ever be made again?I haven't regretted missing out on a knife like this one in quite some time.

Sssssshhhhhhh!!! Spyderco is busy working on the tuff folder! :D Well I don't know about that but if they're doing it I can wait. You can wait a long time when you know its coming and exactly what you're looking for.
 
Thanks Sal. At least I know I'm not just getting left in the dust... I'd hate to be the last kid on the block with a brandy new Baliyo.
