CNC or commercial grinding services?

Hi friends,

I've been doing a lot of research on the subject, I know the big companies use machines to grind but I don't have the time, room or knowhow for that kind of operation.

I have a couple of models that I need cranked out faster, in batches of 50 or more at a time. Between my several day jobs, my personal production time is quite slow.

I have blanks, but need bevels ground. I'm looking for speed and consistency, nothing fancy, just even flat ground bevels.

Anyone have suggestions on who to go with for this type of work?

Thanks!

The companies that I have talked to, Lamson and Goodnow in Massachusetts and Larkin Precision out in Washington IIRC, have a 100 and 200 blade minimum for each model plus a one time setup cost.
