Plain edge, un-sharpened, Stainless handle. One side of the blade say's "SPYDERCO" 3/32" ht. Other side of the blade say's "SEKI-JAPAN" in the same size lettering. Clip say's "US PATENT 4347665 FOREIN PATS PEND". The clip is held on with 3 Phillips style screws. Paid 10 bucks for it with another knife.
