This may sound hypochondria,but is the coating on busse blades safe for cutting food or spreading condiments on your food?Granted I aint dead yet after a year of doing this,just curious.what is the coating composition?
I don't think any of the coatings used would be ok to eat in a large volume, however I can't see food being able to abrade any significant amount of the coating off. Will Kwan asked about this some time ago I recall, I don't think it was about Busse specifically though.
