I've read some earlier posts about removing the coating from the basics line. I'm thinking of taking the coating off my #5, but wanted to hear the experiences of others first. How hard was it to remove the coating and what tools/techniques did you use? How did the blade look afterwards? Anyone have any pics of their work?
