Peter, do I see the Busse logo on the SFNO? I was wondering whether or not it would come off with the coating, so is it etched through the coating and onto the blade?

Thanks guys! I will post a picture when I get her polished up.

Neither of the SFNOs had a logo, the logo is clearly visable on the CP JABA as the logo is engraved into the steel. Without the coating, the logo is much more pronounced and looks much better in my opinion.

Mike, interesting, I am sure skunk knows far more than I but I did not notice any loosening of the slabs.

Would you say that this stuff would be ok to use on the resp. c handle of a basic? And other than polish, are you going to do anything to the bare metal???

I cannot answer that since I do not have any knives that have a resp. c handle (Busse, Swamp Rat or otherwise).

I am not sure if I am even going to to polish it. I may just bead blast it.
