Coating: Yay or Nay?

If you use it the coating will wear and then the asthetics will swing the other way. That satin, infi gun metal gray is sweet in my opinion. Look for some pictures of older, well used infi. I dont think it gets any beter.

SR101 - Yay

I prefer satin for several reasons - looks, performance, maintenance, food... However, the coating on SR101 does help alot with the rust.

I like coated on choppers.

I like coating for my larger choppers, for a smaller blade I prefer satin.
