There are not many toothpicks in my collection of users and safe Queens, less than the fingers on one hand. And very few colorful knives because of a morbid fear of Celluloid! This updated version of a very traditional knife nearly leapt out of the computer at me!! There it sat, not long after being posted on the Knifemakers "for sale" Forum.
Almost always, the knives I see there are SOLD, so I fumbled around, finally hitting the right keys, and here it is!
Ken makes a nice, well fitted knife, and this is no exception. And, I can hardly lose it (ahem) with such eye-catching handles!
Sunk joint, great swedges and grind lines, this 4 5/16" snappy beauty is in my pocket today, opposite my Bose WT, and I have never felt so well equipped!!
Color is inspirational, and some natural stones are indescribable for the visual joy they bring, not unlike a particularly well designed knife! Just to illustrate how I treat "She who Finds Knives", I've pictured the knife with one of her Christmas presents, made by me. Lapis seeds, assembled Santo Domingo style.
