cobalt blade..

Hi! Can anybody point me to a knifemaker that would grind a 6 inch cobalt blank into a small fixed blade? Thanks.

Yes, I do have a sketch of what I want.Just asking as I understand grinding a cobalt or talonite is not easy. I do have a small piece of cobalt enough for a small fixed blade. 6" x 1.25" x 1/8".
