Another nice and tempting knife. Doug's taper grind is sharp, tough and keeps a good edge. I have a 3/16" relative of this knife and am wondering if this 1/8" stock slices even better?

BearSkinner, you just stole a great user. If ya get a chance could you post impressions of general slicing and drilling/shaving wood? It would be much appreciated as I'm thinking of getting a 1/8" stock knife from Doug.

I'll do my best to post a report but I don't plan on shaving any wood with it, hopefully it will be used to skin a dall sheep or 2, a moose and a grizzly.
