Here's my latest offering. Even though I call this one an EDC, it could be used for several things including a miniature Chef's knife or paring knife. It's at home either way. (I sliced some Sweet Potato "tater chip" thin in the last pic) This blade is pretty tall, measuring 1 3/8ths at the Ricasso.
The specs are as follows:
Steel: 1/8" 1080
Hardware: Three 1/8" Brass Pins
Handles: Black and Cocobolo Dymondwood
Blade: 3 1/2" tip to front of scales with about 3 1/4" edge
OAL: 7"
Comes with a custom handcrafted tooled leather sheath made by myself.
