Cody Lundin's new knife

I think that Joe is a highly qualified individual. From reading his website. He has those skill sets. A skill set that makes him a real life Rambo or stuntman...

Discovery channel probably needs to emphsize more that Joe is very highly trained and that the vast majority of the things he does would put most people at unncessary risk while for him the risk is minimal.

I am getting comfortable with Joe. I don't like arragant and Cody is that. I'd be glad to have Cody along if I was in a survival situation in the DESERT, otherwise, I would rather have Joe or Dave.

I saw Cody light a fire rubbing the calluses on his feet together, hehe

That just created the spark and then he used some of his intestinal gas to flash the tinder bundle.

I guess I don't see Cody as arrogant. He often defers to Joe in matters that he has better skills in. He often admits when he's in an environment that he's not familiar with, if the other guy is...ect.

Personally, I think Cody works a lot better with Joe than he did with Dave. There seems to be a lot more give and take with Joe and Cody and more respect both ways.

You seriously like that new guy?......I don't think he's real bright.... Cody may have his quirks, but he knows his stuff.... Joe... sharp as a marble...

Hilarious. Special Operations Veteran vs Felon 'Roid Freak. Refresh our memory, Doc, which one of these guys has actually DONE something in their life OTHER than a criminal record, getting arrested, being imprisoned, and fleecing people out of thousands of dollars?

You keep saying Cody is a felon, what is that based on?

It's kinda funny though. If the guy was in multiple special forces, shouldn't he be pretty bright? Special forces guys are supposed to excel physically AND mentally, right?
Smart people don't always know what they're doing. I have a lot of respect for the guy and think he's a smart cookie. That doesn't mean he knows what he's doing in a survival aspect. He keeps talking about the "psychological edge" to the point where he drank his own urine. All the while Cody was doing the same thing with his gallows humour. Sometimes the best thing to give you a "psychological edge" is to crack wise. I wonder if he even picks up on that. I don't think Dave did.

I can see how you find him arrogant. However if I saw a guy risking his life for something that isn't important, I'd probably talk smack too. :D

Yeah I may have to check out puukos. Being a knife knut I'll probably skip the Kellam and go custom.

Or the "roids" for that matter. Also, should we get on school teachers for fleecing us? I mean teaching is stealing...I guess. :p
Cody doesn't look like a roid guy to me. One of my best friend's (growing up) older brother is built like that and never touched roids. It's not like he ripped or anything he's just big. Heck, I was freakishly built when I was younger as well. Even now I'm 5'6" and about 200 and around 15-18% bodyfat, people have accused me of steroids before when I wrestled in high school but I never even knew how to get it much less use it.

Seems like someone here just has something personal against Cody to the point of slander.

Yup. If you look at him when they're walking together you can see that he just has a really large frame. Joe looks like a big guy and Cody looks like a big ogre next to him.:D I'm the same way too.

And yeah. I think people who say he's not very skilled are flinging a bunch of bunk. If he had a crew cut, wore pants and boots, and did a stint in the military people would love him. Such is the human beast.

This thread's done I think.

Or he could expunge his jail record, deny his drug use, lie about his lifestyle and diet while running around barefoot...and couch potatoes love him...ironic?

There is a reason why no knife companies want to be associated with him. Think about it.

Again, proof or sources.

Who cares if he once was an addict? Are people not supposed have a second chance in life and how does this have to do with steroids?

Cody Lundin drugs ....11,600 results

Let's pick the second one...

Wednesday night, I finally gota chance to hear him tell his story to members of the Professional Writers of Prescott.

A self-reliant childhood as an Armybrat. Then drugs. Jail. Rehab. Epiphany in the red rock country where he connected with the outdoors.

Need more?

You are being a real jackass if you are going to ride a guy into the ground for once being an addict. He's admitted using drugs and going to jail, this is the past. You keep brining this up as if he's currently running around murdering people and smoking crack by the pound. People make mistakes, people improve themselves. So what exactly is your issue?

Apparently you've forgotten Cody's reactions to Dave Canterbury's "mistakes"? Please.

No, are you really this simple?

Cody's were in the past and he didn't decieve anyone, Dave did. There's a big difference between actively decieving someone when your life is in their hands and being an ex-drug addict that didn't lie about it and it was years in the past.
