Coffee

My wife went to the Dominican Republic some years ago and brought some coffee back with her named Santo Domingo. It was some of the best coffee I've ever had. Smooth like you wouldn't believe and higher than average caffeine content. Well worth trying if you can get your hands on it.

The books are still open! Any questions please contact me!

Is there any interest in a 2021 Coffee thread Secret Santa exchange? If we have enough people I’ll get it together.
Just post “I’m in” and email or pm me your user name and shipping address. Ssjs678@yahoo….

Coffee and knives- that’s been the running theme……

So far…..

So I splurged for some Jamaican Blue Mountain from a local roaster (Beanetics). It's been at least a couple of decades since I've had any. I immediately remembered why it's so expensive. Wow. The aroma itself brought joy to my heart. Muy espensivo, but a nice splurge. And by the cup it is still slightly cheaper than a daily Grande coffee from Starbucks at $2.10 a pop.

Anyone else have any Jamaican Blue Mountain lately? Worth it to you?
