Someone posted that on another board. The jury seems to be out. Some are saying its an actual stunt while others claim its a digitally edited (photochop) using RC and real planes.

If its a stunt (and real), I hope no one gets hit with the falling wing every time he does this. Personally, I think the person that would allow a stunt pilot to atempt that with spectators around needs to be taken behind the wood shed.

Snopes lists it as undetermined. If a plane loses a wing, don't they usually scramble the emergency vehicles?

I have seen many Accidents with wing failure and or flap or aileron failure and they do not turn out this well. not sure if this is fake or real but if it is real he is very lucky ...but to me ...I am not sure, there are controls that run into the wing for ,flap & aileron ,wiring for lights, fuel lines which none seem to be present...

I am surprised at the amount of people who think it is real. There are many things in the video that show it to easily be a fake, besides the blatantly obvious video game graphic look at the end.

That is fake, but its not impossible to fly a plane back with one wing.

Several F-15's in israeli have flown back with one wing, of course they have that big flat and fat fuselage.

That though was a rc plane and some video editing, rediculous that anyone would believe that.

I was already composing a letter to my Congressman telling him how to cut the Air Force budget by 50%....

Send the letter anyway. He'll appreciate it, and will be able to work it into his next constituent newsletter how he's going to be on the Armed Services Committee thanks to his brilliant cost reduction bill.

Send him a few more like that, and once he's in the habit of following your suggestions, send him one on how to save really big bucks: make Congress a part-time job at minimum wage ...

And none of that fancy healthcare they and their families receive, either.
