I have a brand new, never used Cold Steel AD 15 and a lightly used Casbah auto that I am putting up for trade.
I received the AD-15 today (4-25) from the retailer and I immediately knew it is not for me. I opened and closed it a few times, inspected it for flaws (found none), took a few pictures and put it back in the box.
The Casbah has a few faint scratches on the blade under the right light and there is one scuff on the butt of the handle that I have pictured and circled.
The action is good. I only have one other auto and that is the Spyderco Autonomy 2 to compare it to. It is not as fast or hard opening as the Spyderco but it is also way easier to close one handed.
Most of my collection consists of Spyderco, ZT, BM and Buck. I am not really looking for anything specific but I am generally not looking for fixed blades or more automatics.
One knife I have been keeping an eye out for is a Spyderco K2. User in good shape is fine. I am not a collector.
Let me know what you have and if you would do an even trade or be adding or expecting cash back. The worst that can happen is I say a polite no thanks.
