I have 2 Kershaws, 1 1610 Burgundy PE, and a Kershaw 1600 Chive Dk Green w Black blade PE. Neither have seen a sharpener, but I have lightly carried both. I would trade both for one of the knive, you choice which.

Silver Blade with the Aluminum scales. Used it lightly a couple of time, so it's still rock solid and looks great.
