This is one Big heavy duty folder, extremely well made, Tri-ad lock, 4.25" blade, 7.1 ounces. Came out of the box Extremely sharp, slices through newspaper like nothing.

Discontinued now, if you missed this one you really missed out big time......

Looks like a great knife, I've bought several Cold Steel knives on closeout over the last month.

I got my Rajah I last week and a Talwar this past Monday.

You'll like the Rajah I ...

It is Espada like only to me a better size. I love the grind of this one. Obviously I got one too on the close out along with two of the Rajah I models. The Black Rhino was so cheap I mean how can you not just get one. I tell ya, if these were sold by Strider or Emerson, Kershaw or even Gerber or Buck you'd see so many guys going nuts about this it would be funny but because its Cold Steel things remain somewhat less noisy yet what they've done here is take off with line of knives that quite frankly are the hardest use knives you will ever find at any price. Still though, things are picking up around here in the number of posts about these Triad locking knives as guys find out about them. I'm sure there will be some that just can't bring themselves to buy one because its Cold Steel sticking with their Strider or whatever but I don't think personally that I've never had tougher folding knives than any of the Triad locking knives I've bought from Cold Steel in these last few months. Seriously if I was in a situation where my life depended on my knife one of these would be my choice for sure. I can't wait to get my custom Triad from Andrew Demko. Thick Ti liners, CF scales, and CPM154 in his American Lawman model. I'm sure it will be my favorite knife for a long long time.

For the money these Black Rhino knives went for they had to be one of the best deals going. Its a super tough classy looking tough knife thats for sure.

This thing is so well put together it's amazing, for the price I couldn't pass it up, I ordered 2 of them, but I could only get one. The quality is out of this world excellent.

The blade is deeply hollow ground to it will work great for fine work.

Yeah, you have a point, there are tons of people who miss out on some truly excellent knives due to a lot of needless BS from unknowing people who don't have a clue and that's sad.....

I am drooling over the thought of getting my Custom Knife from Andrew Demko also. :D

What about the recon and the voyager? They look similiar but one is AUS8 and the other is VG1 or something. I really like the looks of the clip point recon with the newer shape and triad lock.

The Recon 1 has G10 Handles while the New Voyager has a Grivory
handle with liners.

The Recon 1 blade is AUS8A

The Voyager Blade is VG-1 San Mai III.
