I bought one a while ago.
The edge nneded work when I got it. It was FLAT in soem spots (liek an axe from the store!) and in oen spot it looked like the edge was cut. By this I mean, well, it will take me too long to post what I mean.
But, it was WELL WORTH the money! Why? A good sharpening session took care of any problem I had. I haev thrown it at targets and it is a great thrower for that. I have attached it to a pole and used it as a throwing spear. I have used it at granny's house clearing plants and doing other cutting chores. My fater even borrowed the knife to use it as an insulation cutter! For a blade that youc an beat up, yet still is able to cut, it is great. This is no sharpened prybar, but it is still a very resiliant knife, and cuts way better than many thick knives out there. And it is cheap!
Definitely put one on a pole and have fun with it in your yard or something. They are great to throw.
