I'm looking for a Kabar USMC an M3 or something along those lines. Reproductions are fine but nothing Chinese made please.
Cold Steel SRK - I bought this on a whim since I've never held an SRK before and I like Carbon V and scandi grinds. It's just too much knife for me though. The previous owner removed some of the rubber handle to expose the tang, for hammering he said. Then he squared the spine for striking a fire steel. He also filed and hand sanded the main blade grind down into a sort of Scandi Convex grind. I gave the mirrored finish a light patina to prevent rust, a darker splotchy patina has formed from use. The blade is very sharp.
The plastic D-Ring has been removed from the sheath.
The hold out is not available.
