Cold steel fm-1

I recently got this knife in silver and liked it so much I ordered the black one off amazon. I noticed the markings were not the same on the back of the knife. It seems to be the same build quality. It is fake?

dont know as amazon is always a risk.....but from cold steels site on the not textured version.....


other textured handled version still has pic showing the older setup.....but wouldnt be surprised if they changed entire line to say the new saying on the spine.
